Take your first step forward with confidence

What is health coaching?

Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process that supports you in making sustainable lifestyle changes. I don’t give you a one-size-fits-all plan. Instead, I help you tap into your own insight, clarify your goals, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma or managing mental health diagnoses. Nutrition counseling provides medical nutrition advice. Coaching, on the other hand, is both present and future-focused. It helps you build awareness, strengthen your mindset, and take small, consistent steps toward lasting change.

Note: Coaching can complement therapy or medical care, but it is not a replacement for medical advice.

Coaching is shaped around your goals, values, and lifestyle. Some common focus areas include:

  • Managing stress or overwhelm
  • Improving sleep, energy, and daily routines
  • Building healthier habits around food or movement
  • Navigating chronic conditions
  • Recovering from burnout or life transitions
  • Reconnecting with your values and purpose
Sessions last between 45-50 minutes and take place on Zoom. You guide the focus. We’ll explore what is going on for you, notice what is working, and talk through any challenges. You’ll leave with greater clarity and a few intentional steps that feel realistic to your life.

That’s completely okay. Coaching isn’t for everyone, and timing matters. I offer a free 40-minute discovery call so we can talk through your goals and see if we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure, just an honest, supportive conversation.

If coaching doesn’t feel right for you, we’ll talk about it together. Sometimes a different kind of support, such as therapy, rest, or medical care, might be more helpful. If you’ve purchased a package, we’ll discuss what feels fair and appropriate moving forward. I do my best to offer flexible options, including pausing or adjusting when needed. The full details are outlined in the coaching agreement.
I primarily offer coaching in packages because meaningful change takes time, and ongoing support leads to better results. I offer one-time sessions for new clients or shorter options for returning clients. Let me know what you’re looking for, and we can discuss your unique needs.

Yes. Many of my clients live with conditions such as autoimmune issues, hormonal imbalances, or chronic fatigue. Coaching can help you explore lifestyle shifts, build supportive habits, and improve how you care for yourself alongside your existing medical care.
I’m a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with a background in biochemistry and molecular biology. After my own experience with burnout and healing, I felt deeply called to help others reconnect with their health, energy, and purpose. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and always centered on you.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session as this helps me make the time available for others. I know life is unpredictable, and we’ll always aim to stay flexible and communicative. Full details are outlined in the coaching agreement, which you’ll receive before we begin.
