About Me
My Story
What led me to coaching
I grew up on a horse farm in Northeastern Pennsylvania, where I learned the importance of hard work, family, and community. Born with a love of learning, I earned a master’s in biochemistry and a PhD in molecular biology.
After immersing myself in science and research, I returned home to help run my family’s horse business, a community legacy for over 65 years. There, I taught riding lessons, trained horses, and showed professionally.
Facing burnout and loss
While I found fulfillment in my work and the sport I loved, losing several close family members, including my father, shifted my perspective. What once mattered had lost meaning, leaving me emotionally and physically drained.
It took personal loss and burnout for me to discover the importance of slowing down, listening inward, and allowing renewal to unfold.
A new direction forward
I realized how small changes in my life made such a big impact on my well-being.
I felt inspired to support others on their own paths to optimal well-being. So, I pursued training to become a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, ready to help those who feel stuck, lost, or uncertain in their own health journey.
I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward.
